How to Order

Online (Secure): You can select and order securely and with confidence using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. Select the jewellery you want to order and add to the shopping basket. You can remove jewellery from the shopping basket before checkout. Shipping costs are added at checkout (currently shipping is free!). Our preferred method of payment is by credit/ debit card through Worldpay on our secure server. We are diligent to protect all personal information, using SSL encryption. We take security and privacy seriously – see our privacy policy.

We are available to accept orders between 11am (GMT) and 3.00pm (GMT) Monday to Friday. An answerphone is available outwith these times.

Payment Methods

For customers in the UK, Silver etc is able to accept:

• Credit/ Debit cards:
  Through Worldpay. Use the shopping basket and enter the details at checkout on the secure server.
• Cheque or postal order:
  Choose Cheque/Postal Order as your payment option. Print off your invoice and send a copy with your payment.
• Paypal:
  Choose Paypal as your payment option. You will need a Paypal account
• Cash:
  We would rather you do not send cash. If this is the only method you can use then you MUST use Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery as we accept no responsibility for cash lost in the post.
