Returns

1. No Quibble Returns! An order can be cancelled, and Jewellery can be returned within 7 working days of the date of delivery. A full refund for the jewellery (including gift wrap and initial delivery costs) will be made by Silver etc within 4 weeks of receipt of the returned jewellery. Should you choose to cancel your order, the jewellery should be returned to Silver etc, at your own expense. (Obtain proof of posting). Returns must be notified within the 7 day period by email to returns@silveretc.co.uk or in writing (along with the returned jewellery) to the "Returns Address" below (date of posting within 7 working days of date of delivery).
   NB: We supply earrings and body jewellery in sealed plastic. For hygeine reasons; where this plastic has been opened, we are unable to provide a refund or to replace earrings or body jewellery. The exception to this is where Silver etc has made an error, or if the jewellery is faulty. Extra services such as gift wrapping and delivery costs can not be refunded.
2. Faulty goods: The customer must notify Silver etc within 7 days of the date of delivery. Items that we agree are faulty (or not fit for the purpose they were made for) will be replaced at no charge. If an exact replacement is not possible, a full refund (including gift wrap and initial delivery costs) will be made. Misused or carelessly treated jewellery will not be refunded or replaced.
3. Damaged Deliveries: If a package arrives in a damaged condition, do not open the package, but immediately ask the delivery firm to return the package. Please also inform Silver etc.
4. Returned Items: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure items returned are adequately packaged as replacements and refunds will only be made for jewellery that are received in good condition by Silver etc. Additionally, Silver etc suggests you use recorded delivery by the Royal Mail as lost items can not be refunded. Always include proof of purchase.
5. Disputes: All disputes will be settled under Scottish Law.

Silver etc’s returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
