How quick are we?
Most of our products are held in our warehouse, and in most instances, Silver etc will be able to despatch the next working day (depending on payment method). Silver etc will send an email at the time of despatch (or in the case of delay) to keep you informed. See below for delivery methods. Silver etc can accept no responsibility for delays or losses during shipping after the point of despatch.

Shipping/ Delivery method
We do not charge for shipping.
The method of delivery depends on the value of the jewellery purchased, and the destination of the jewellery. However, jewellery will normally be sent first class in the UK. A signature will usually be required

Customs/ Duties
For international customers out-with the EU, all packages will be accurately described as to the content and the value. Any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
